If your nails bend, then you need Endure. People who have bendy nails have too much moisture in them and polish will not hold. Use Endure every day for about a week (nothing else) and then do maintenance of one coat every other week before your base coat. See if that helps. It takes awhile to get the strengthener to work, but be careful not to use to too much or the nails will start to break at the stress line.
Directions for Endure.
Manicure nails and let dry for about 20 minutes to get the moisture from the water manicure out of the nail.
Put a coat of Endure on each nails. For the next several days coat each nail with one thin coat of Endure daily. After 4-7 days manicure again.
Everyone is different with Endure. You have to experiment with it. I had a client with thin nails and a coat every other week was perfect after we did the intensive treatement. If we did it every 3 weeks, it wasn't enough and weekly was too much, so take those guidelines and see what works for you.
As far as the ridges, different things can cause them. Heredity, illness, aging are some of the reasons. Once a month, take your Amera tri side buffer and use the black side to carefully buff towards the cuticle area where the new growth is. That will take care of the ridges until the new nail grows out. Be very careful not to buff too much, you just want to smoothe it out a bit. If you are using a treatment (Endure is one), then do not buff with all 3 sides of the buffer. You will seal the nail so well that the treatment will not be able to get through.
