Mary, I NEVER pick at my skin! That would be horrible! So, the ridges could not possibly be from picking. Actually, the ridges showed up a long time ago. My mother has them as well. Guess I'll just have to live with them or pray that the mousse helps, although there's no sign that the mousse is affecting them at all. At any rate, I'll continue to mousse and watch as my nails grow out healthier. Can't wait for the day that my nail polish doesn't chip the day after applying it! Thanks!
