As I see it, all INNOCENT persons should always have sufficient and nourishing food, proper shelter and clothing, everywhere and anywhere, and anytime.
..... Also every country has a duty to defend itself and ALL of its people. The USA must defend itself against all and every terrorist, must prevent future happenings such as those on September 11th, 2001.

In the Palestine region (up to 1922 including also the current areas of the countries called Israel and Jordan) there are now many civilians who support terrorists and terrorism, and therefore must be treated by Israel as potential enemies, with all sorts of precautions necessary by Israel to counter potential future terrorism activities there. The war that was started by the Arabs on May 15th, 1948, against Israel continues as long as not ALL concerned have not only signed, ratified, but also enforce 100% of the provisions of peace treaties. Only Egypt and Jordan have done so so far.
..... In wartime many unfortunate activities must be expected from all sides of conflicts. Make peace first, and then return to "civilized" behavior.
