Don can you explain to us slow people what Jack K means by back and down? Your example with the throwing of the golf ball helps but could you go into more details as I been trying to get a straight answer for awhile. I have asked him but his answer was the best way he could describe it was in his video. I'm not looking to change my swing and buy another video. Thanks for your help. JUST SAY MOE!
