Dave,

When I was taking a LPG lesson from Jack K. one of the first things that he told me was that the power source move in all golf is when you move the hands back and down away from the target. He demonstrated this by taking a golf ball in his right hand turning his shoulders away from the target as far as you would in your backswing then throwing the golf ball straight down to the ground. I thought to myself when have I had this told to me before? It was about three years ago when I was taking a CG lesson from a Pro.

Don
