There's a picture in LoBG of this. Moe is hitting his driver. The ball has just left the face of the club. Rather than rotating closed, the face of the driver is facing skyward as the right arm comes "up" from "under" the hips.

I would guess this is typical of the "under and up" swing, as the release is delayed due to the right arm not yet being fully extended. When it finally does extend fully, the club then rotates.

I wonder if this is related to the "sustained lag" that Peter has discussed before...
