I recently became interested in the terms supinate, pronate, etc. because they keep popping up as I read different articles about golf.

They say a picture is worth a 1000 words... I wonder how many a video is worth? Anyway, I found this site that has small video clips showing the wrist supinated, pronated, and a lot more.

I downloaded pronate.mov, supinate.mov, and wrist*.mov (4).
