I think a lot of this relates to each companies definition of the business they are in. Are they equipment or teaching or intellectual property companies.

Adams built a company based on custom fitting before they became the 'Tight Lies' company. NG Corp and Innovation golf seem to be in that model (equipment companies) with the added hook of a special technique that 'needs' the equipment. If they view themselves as equipment companies they are unlikely to go your proposed route unless driven there as Snake Eyes golf was

My instruction proposal was more of a 'marketing' vehicle to allow NGCIs to gain more customers locally.
