Any of the top of my head. Canada does run a decent stop racism camapign and I have seen quite a few good commercials on the children stations here...I personally think it a good start to repair the damage that has been caused by racism. I see the barriers that were built just growing up in my generation but do see an improvemnt with the children of today. They are made aware of the problems and hurts this type of thinking can lead to.

As for the ad you are speaking of it could having many different meanings according to the viewers perspectives.
