That's scary.

It's scary that your lung collapsed.

It's also scary that you had to wait two and a half hours for some medical attention.

That irritates me.

But, over all, I hope you're alright.

The God part also irritates me a little.

As for the hospitals:

There wouldn't be a staff problem if they could manage shifts better and get rid of mandatory overtime which contributes to nurses getting increasingly tired.

According to The Institute of Medicine, "medical errors in the nation's hospitals cause between 44,000 and 98,000 deaths each year."

And that's just in America.

They'd much rather spend money on making more prisons, boot camps, more and more software (created by the chief and commander of Board Walk, Bill Gates, no less), internet pornography, drugs, the "war on drugs," and more corporate hospitals (where only the rich and/or benefitted might get some attention).

This way they can make all of their money back -- ten fold.

It's like this big giant insurance guerrilla who enjoys bending people over without offering any lubrication for our discomfort.

I'm just glad you got some attention before the guerrilla got a hold of you!

Also, I hope you find the will power and patch (or gum, or whatever they have now) that'll help you quit smoking.
