As a poet you should know that not all words are completely literal or specific. I could have said "the blind ME people," but that doesn't sound as effective or work as well. Just take it as the "blind ME generations doesn't care if life's a lie."

Generation or generations just sounds better.

Although, I could also say that at one point people actually cared about their civil rights and fought hard to win them over, and gave us a way to win them back in a non-violent way if we ever had to.

Besides, "the blind ME generation" is any generation that is too mentally and physically lazy to help others.

"The blind me generation" is too chicken-shit and lazy to help and care for others.

It seems to be the hardest thing for people to do. And if you can do that, you have strength.

Now I have a question.

How could that one little part lose you? That part is only PART of the song. Not even the whole thing.

It's just kinda weird how that one part lost you, and confused you about the rest of the song.

So, basically you didn't have any concept of that song until I could explain "the blind ME generation" part?

Wow. That's the first song Drummond praised me for.

I thought the song was okay, and I was happy that he liked it, and actually said something.

I guess he just didn't feel like asking me about that part, or something.

Does everyone else understand "the blind ME generation" part okay?

I mean, I guess I could take it out if it's confusing people.
