I agree with you. I believe that guerrillas are more legitimate than terrorists because of their intent. Terrorists harm others just to prove that they can do something and are powerful (i.e. the terrorists of 9/11, what did they get out of killing so many people....nothing, but they proved they could harm the US). They have no good intent for fighting; they are not trying to create democracy in their nation or help their people have a better life but instead they are putting their lives and others in danger for bad reasons. Guerrillas on the other hand are trying to create democracy in their nations and trying to obtain a better life for their people. They don't intentionally harm innocent people but sometimes it does happen because their strategies for achieving their goal are not all that advanced. Even though their strategies are similar to those used by terrorists (i.e. bombing a car) their intent is to change the government not kill innocent people. Therefore, i believe that Guerrillas are legitimate while terrorists are not.
