Subject: Looking for COD Components

I just won a copy of Crescendo of Doom, unfortunately missing the rulebook, charts, and scenarios.

Is there anybody out there with an extra set of these they are willing to sell, or is anyone willing to photocopy those items for me, for which I will gladly reimburse for any expense.
