Subject: And wrt to VSQL ...
In reply to: Mark Dyson 's message, "Hello and a question" on 19:11:54 02/01/04 Sun

My first two reactions when reading about this software:

1. "Wow!"

2. "But I can't see the whole board at once."

Now, for you folk who've actually USED it, rather than just reading about it: ;-)

Do you find yourself setting up the game using the 'real' board and pieces, as well, and using VSQL as a medium for transferring moves to/from the physical version, or do you find yourself comfortable playing an entire game using only the screen interface? Thanks in advance!

Mark

P.S. Yes, I do have a life. ;-) I'm retired military and currently self-employed, so there's no boss to kvetch at me for visiting game web sites during the traditional work day.
