Hi Bill, I now have you in my email for future mailings! It would certainly be to everyone's advantage to spread the word around, we will get a printable flyer for all our tournaments on the internet for everyone to print and distribute in there area. This is one thing we need to make the club grow, more people doing advertising in there area. Eddie, Sharon, and I can't do it all on our own. This year we have spent hours on the telephone, speaking to each other and potential tournament fisherman. We have donated our time, cell phone minutes, long distance calls, and webspace to help to get the word out. Also we have a different times posted on this board things to encourage club participation with little or no response. Personally when I go to a message board and there's nothing new, I quit coming back to the board and I am sure I'm not the only one like that. So far I have only had one complaint to the increase in fees. I did some checking and here are there prices, Walleye $60 per person, Bass $100 per team, Crappie $60 per team, Texas Striper Assoc. $40 per person, Oklahoma Striper Assoc. $50 per boat. So as you can see we are certainly in the ball park. I am looking forward to a great year, and along those lines I have picked up 2 more sponsors just today towards our $1000 tournament. Back in the 80's this was one of the best attended Striper Lakes in the country for Striper Magazine, let's all work together to make it that again, Sincerely, Jack Hoskinson Pres. KSA
