I'm not sure people are going to Wales JUST for the AGM! I think most members of OCR love to party. If people can't make it on that particular day, it doesn't necessarily mean that they "Can't be bothered" so why should they lose the right to vote if they are full members, you have to be careful that you don't turn people away from the club, we are a small gathering now anyway compared to past years and you must give all members a right to be a part of making decisions that effect their club.
I'm sure if everyone could get there, they would (if only to see up Johns kilt!!)
