Excellent analysis Fan, I'm just not so sure about your conclusion. last year we only had two teams ranked in the Top 100 (sagarin) This year we have four. I don't think Butler will get cut out of the Dance again...even if they lose the league tournament. Too much bad PR last year and back to back top seasons will put them over the top. That leaves two HL teams to be picked up by the NIT. Even if Butler should be passed over. I see no reason the NIT would limit its HL choices to two. I think they'll just go down the list, once they're sweetheart east teams are in. I'm optimistic a strong finish will put us in the NIT. A win at Santa Barbara coupled with an appearance in the HL championship game will insure it.
