Date Posted: 22:23:48 03/25/02 Mon I am typing this message to explain my situation. Anyone who has been playing with me lately might have noticed that my ping has been anything but great. And some of you might have noticed or may have not, but I have been in a bad mood lately playing Quake and have not been all that friendly. So, I'm not meaning to be rude to anyone, my ping is just pissing me off very bad. And its not just the fact that its slow, my connection always get interrupted, I get stuck and can't move throughout the entire game. And the weird thing is, is that it seems like it only happens from 5:00pm until 12:30am, which are the majority of the hours that I play. For some odd reason, after 12:30am, my ping gets better. I have been constantly bothering my ISP about it, but nothing is fixed yet. A technician is coming out to my house for second time already. I realize that there are supposed to be peak times when my connection might not be too great because of all the people that could possibly be online, but damn.
