And yes it was very upsetting, made me not even want to try especially after hours on the phone with techs. I did a ping tracer to show packet loss etc... Some of the good honest techs told me the only ones that complained were gamers. But I found out they had re-routed this area through a new hub and it took over twoo weeks for them to get the problem fixed. Usually you can check their website to see if they have been doing any work or having other probs. I told them games are why I pay for this service and reminded them of their service contract. I got a month free but didnt help while I was out. This service isnt by chance part of time warner or Aol. Every since AOL became a part of this things have been screwing up! P.S.
