She felt the warmth of his touch and then his psyche as it washed over her in waves - soothing and calming in nature - when so often it riled others around them. She was immortal yes but newer to the realm of undead - time still mattered to her unlike him.

"And you as handsome as ever." Mixed hues questioned without saying - but when no answer came she didn't press. She missed him and he was back now - that was all that mattered - or so she told herself.

Tanned colored pants did little to shield the heat the simple touch induced. Water glass taken in shaking hand - though she shook not out fear or nervousness but want. "Of course I missed you. I always miss you." It was sappy but true. Drink taken from her glass to cool her throat before set aside and wet finger tapping him on the nose.
