Subject: Commissioner & Friends

Let's see, Duval placed many of his ass-kissers into pristine positions over the years, one of them is even a Deputy Commissioner now. Now we have Louis Spencer, evidently he was *The Best* there was in the DOC, that he is now acting Commissioner!!! Michael Grant is one of his best buddies, who thinks he is another Mr. Know it all, just ask him a question and before your finished talking he'll be giving you an answer for something else. My money says he'll become the next Chief of Staff while Spencer is Acting.
Who do you suppose will get promoted? Will they all be people of color to fill a quota only and not based on education, experience, leadership and knowledge. Time in the DOC is not enough today to warrant promotions to ass-kissers only.
