The last week of June went up. The bidding cycle was supposed to go from May 21st to June 1st. Instead it went up May 26th making the bidding cycle 5 days instead of 10 days. That gave him a better chance of winning the bid. And working in Operations he knows before the rest of us what bids go up. Now jump on the bandwagon.
