Who cares? Those of us who have been here forever, do our jobs and don't try to blame our screw ups on others, that's who cares!! There is blatant favoritism here at BSH and has been for sometime. That's why there is so much hate and discontent amongst the nursing staff. The ones that do their job, show up ON TIME get nothing. Yet the ones who show up occasionally, are usually late, punch out early and take extended, frequent breaks off their unit, get nothing either. No discipline, no warnings, no nothing. Why, because they are "on the list". No incentive to do a good job when the slackers get all the extras, and seem to be untouchable to boot.
