Buying HD televisions was not necessary like the DOC stated in the news. You need the DT converter box which cost between 50 & 80 dollars. The goverment would have issue a 40 dollar coupon to the state for every housing unit. Thereby costing 10 dollars each. You don't need to throw your analog tv away. Hey, why not use that canteen money to pay overtime, courts, or for restitution to the victims.
