I was at the show in Birmingham in 84 we travelled to see them in london also on the same tour, you were right about Venom but i knew that anyway and only went to see Exodus. do you remember the people outside selling bootleg albums?
i got one that was called "Hardcore Metal" recorded in Berkley C.A. all members of the band signed it and i have it mounted on the wall at home (my wife hates it).
anyway point being they were the best thrash band ever and i still have a tape of bonded by blood in the car today and still havent got tired of it
