 Kelsey gets directions to the track and finds Shayla trying to help load a stubborn black colt into the p. One of the officials shakes his head. "This colts never going to be anything if nobody will teach him how to get into a gate!" he complains. "Hey Kelsey, why dont you try to get him in, your mom says your pretty good with scared horses" Shayla tells Kelsey. The official shakes his head. "Shes just a kid" he mumbles. "I'm 16" Kelsey protests. The track official sighs "Give it a shot, nobody else wants to deal with that black devil anyway" He tells her. Kelsey takes the horse by his bridle and talks to him quietly, then she takes a step into the small gate. The colt follows her, snorting nervously. Kelsey smiles and pats the colts neck "Good boy" She praises him. Slowly she gets the colt all the way into the gate and hops up on the side, holding his bridle as they shut the back door. then the gates spring open and the bell rings. The colt shoots out of the gate.....
