They missed some states, at least in seasons 1-7 (I can't speak for where the XF agents went in all the seasons 8 and 9 eps, as I was only a casual viewer, at best, for those seasons).
One state I know they never went to was Hawaii. That always bugged me. If they could go to Alaska at least twice ("Ice" in season one and "Colony/End Game" in season two) why not Hawaii, ever??
I don't think they ever went to Louisiana, unless you'd count the "middle of the Gulf of Mexico" (from "Vienen" in season eight) as being in Louisiana. It seemed to be located closer to the Texas coast, actually, as they mentioned the company as being headquartered in Galveston ("my" Island!). Obvious explanation for this: when weird things happen in Louisiana, nobody considers it noteworthy.
They went to California a ton!! In season seven, at least half the eps were set in California!
I don't think they ever went to Colorado, though.
