Subject: Sorting out facts from fanfic

Okay, I read a lot of fanfic and sometimes I forget what info about supporting characters is "real" and which is from fanfic (I can usually keep the facts on Mulder and Scully straight).
Here are some things I think I "know" about various XF folks. Can anybody tell me which are real and which I read in unofficial stories. Please understand that this is NOT a quiz in which I know the real answers. I'm confused!!!

1. Skinner was born in 1950 and he comes from Wisconsin.

2. Frohike, like Skinner, is a Vietnam Vet.

3. Langley's first name is Ringo and he grew up in California.

4. Byers is from Pennsylvania and, like Scully, he's Catholic.
