I've been retired for many years. I always felt that the DOC was on the brink of being a great organization to work for...and/or on the brink of being corrupted beyond any type of integrity.

I'm wondering if any change has been changed in either direction. I'm curious if you still have the "Supers Picks" positions bypassing seniority and any kind of skill measurements?

Also, has anyone challenged people being ordered to sign post orders when they've had no time to read them? I used to find it curious that you're required to sign them every shift when it's obvious that we didn't have time to read them every shift, if ever. You do all know why your signature is required every shift I hope.

Any change to any of this?

Just curious.
