Post Orders only have to be read and signed for the first time around. After that first time, you are signing/acknowledging that you have looked at the last section which contain any changes to the original document (which is updated annually); that you have read any of the changes or acknowledging that there are no changes.
I do not know how long you've been retired for and I can only assume that you have had many years on the job. I can tell by your questions that you are proof that seniority is NOT a measurement of skill.
