Subject: Pedigree Cat Breeder's Society.Organization fraud
In reply to: Cat Breeder's Society. Organization 's message, "Relocation of site Grand Opening" on 08:42:31 03/23/03 Sun

This organization is fraudulently misrepresenting itself to the public. It claims trademark, copyright, registration and non-profit status it does not have. The Cat Breeder's Society was incorporated in the state of Calfornia by Rosemarie R. Zizzo. She applied for a service mark May 8, 2003 after claiming that status for more than a year, and illegally using the registration symbol.

The group encourages the mystery shopping of other breeders so they can be reported back to Ms. Zizzo and posted on the website, after which she will encourage unsatisfied buyers to sue the breeder of their pedigree "kittys" for everything they own, including their cats.

The few members of this group are breeders themselves, who apparently do not care that Ms. Zizzo has twice dumped her purebred cats at the Ramona Animal Shelter in San Jacinto, CA. The first time she left 13 cats, one pregnant, on May 4, 2000. The second time she left five cats there on June 2, 2003.

This group has a private agenda that has nothing to do with protecting the public, and everything to do with personal agendas, including libelling legitimate breeders.
