Hi,
I recently found some items from the SS Uganda,including a dinner menu from 11th August 1981. Possibly your very cruise!!
It was for a " Continental Night Dinner ",with a menu in French,and the chef was Harland Rankine.
There are also some colour photos of the Uganda on the river Fal.
I had already sorted these items for listing on my ebay site tonight,before I found your thread through Google.
