Subject: AKA 65 USS Shoshone

 My father is George Doyle. He wa a plankowner and ship's cook first class on the USS Shoshone AKA 65 until his discharge in 10/1945. He's 85 now and was wondering if there are any other original crew members or vets of the Shoshon's Iwo Jima landing out there or are there any reunions planned.
