good points! I think all your point reinforce the fact that at loyola there are no quick fixes. In order to turn around what has been a bad program it will take time. A coach must stay around for more than 3 years. Because the school does not admit prop. 48's and jucos it will take longer than other schools. no basketball tradition hurts loyola and the fact that most d3 schools have a larger fan base is a big negative. can it get done, we all hope so! will it get done with hicks, lets hope so because he is the coach! To get rid of him and add more instability and change to a program starving for some continuity will only set the program back!
