While Loyola's absence certainly speaks to the quality of the program, and possibly to the quality of the athletic department, I don't really think Loyola's missing out too terribly. Other than a student/alum, do you really think anyone playing that game is going to be looking for Loyola to play as? I don't think the average player is going to opt for the 300th best team in D-1 over a Duke, Kentucky, etc.

Besides, it is probably really hard to program a team that plays as poorly as Loyola has over the years. Even a computer generated player would hit a free throw or catch a pass every now and then.
