Subject: PULL STARTERS SUCK!

Ok, you guys are going to call me a "rookie", but, in this case I am, so I do deserve the bashing. Anyhow, here is my story. I purchase a T-Maxx a couple of months ago with some pretty cool hopped up parts. One of the hop ups (I consider a drop down) the previous owner did was install a "pull starter". Well, last Friday (after having trouble with my sons Kyosho pull starter and my other Kyosho pull starter) I tried turning on the Maxx. I guess I was so pissed at the Kyosho's that I managed to "rip" the pull string on my T-Maxx. I was livid!!! Why the hell would somebody convert from electric start to pull start? Can someone explain that to me? I really do not get it. Luckily, my second Kyosho GT1 McLaren is starter box, so once I get my electronics purchased and mounted, I will use that as my primary ride. Anyhow, I will let you guys know how the T-Maxx revival goes along with my other Kyosho. Looking into buying a Buggy too, would like to see how fast Lubric8r and Russman's buggies truly are!
