In reply to: Kathyrn 's message, "Did Rove Commit PURJURY?" on 11:23:25 07/19/05 Tue

The law was narrowly written after a CIA traitor outed some actual CIA *agents* in the field--not CIA *employees* holding down office-chairs at Langley. At least one agent in the field was killed as a direct result; not inconvenienced--killed. The law was written in a Congress utterly owned by the Party; it had to get past great admirers of the Soviet Union to be voted into law. A CIA desk-agent warming a chair in CIA HQ for 6 years is not covered by the law The Party so-desperately wants Rove to have violated.

This is beginning to look like a game of 3-hack monte in which "journalists" pretend to protect a non-existent source of a non-story in a Glorious Struggle to return the Party to power. "Perjury" is actually lying while under oath and wishing won't make it so unless it has happened.

Sometime I'll tell you of journalistic "honesty" and a U.S. Navy ship, but just now we have thunderstorm inbound. Be well (or stay away from Charleston WV). RKBA! Best regards.
