No, it wasn't about that, actually. Would you say your vehicle codes about noise are more restrictive than those in the U.S.A.--or less-so, or about the same?

Where I live, the aftermarket seems to be driven by overindulged children who believe if they can double the loudness it doubles the horsepower. If somebody wants a project-vehicle to 'breathe' well but *quietly,* there's literally nothing here. So I thought a good place to look for quiet aftermarket bits would be somewhere an enhanced-performance vehicle had better still be quiet. I await some comments. RKBA! Regards, all.
