Happy Saint Patrick's Day to you all. I just had an E-mail message from my friend LTC Geoff Slack, the Commander of "The Fighting Sixty-Ninth" and he tells me that he will make a special effort this Monday to spend some time with the American Celtic Pipe Band to express his thanks for your playing for the Regiment. The 69th is going to be sent on active duty some time in 2003 - 2004 and this might be a great opportunity for the Band and the Commander to get some excellent "Scrap Book" pictures. (Don't forget to bring a camera). I will be at 45th Street (left side) when you march past. Have a great day.
