Hi- I don't know if you made a decision regarding your puppy, but it is my belief that if you truly love your dog, walk him and spend time with him, it is not so bad that he is in a kennel while you are at work. I have a pit bull puppy that I rescued. i thought I found him a good home, but he was returned to me after 10 days because the new owner thought he was too much of a responsibility. He has to stay in my car while I get ready for work right now because I have a senior dog that I am afraid he will be too rough with. As a matter of fact, i just posted a message on this board looking for a foster home :) It is obvious that you care for the dog, and that is the most important thing. If you do give him up, be careful that you don't give him to the wrong person like I did. Dogs know when they are loved, and i am sure that your dog knows that he is in a kennel because you have to put him there, not because you want to. Good Luck.
