To be your own god means to determine your own values through reason and logic. It means to be an individual and a leader who follows their own path. Do what you will, but use your head. And "don't do the crime if you can't do the time". Irrational acts of crime and disorder constitutes idiocy, not the state of being one's own god.

The only reason they are are is BECAUSE these acts are illegal. If they were legalized, the taxpayers would not have to waste their tax money.

That is because [Hu]mankind hasn't even got up off it's ass and tried to solve them. They sit around waiting for your magical god to fix everything, but WHAT HAS your religion and or god done to solve them? Absolutely nothing.
