Subject: Cut Out Scene's ?

I have a question just out of being curious.

Why are so many scene's Cut out and Deleted from Tv Series and movie's in General ??

Some of these deleted and cut out scene's are excellent.

Do They Do That because most Movie's are 2 hour's in length ?

Do They do it because tv series are only 1 Hour ??

Is it because they just pick the best and splice them togther ?

I could never figure out why edited scene's hit the cutting room floor.

Can you guy's enlighten me , Please.

Joe , do they basically Buy$$ air-time for these commercial's ??
Thus making the movie not full viewing time ?

The Budwieser Company , as you watch the Horse's Pull The Beer Wagon.

So They Purchase air time. These Movie company's must rake in the dough.

When I first started watching Bonanza on TVLand. they showed more per ep than they do now. Some of the scenes I saw at first and don't see now were really good and important scenes. I don't think we see Bonanza eps that are 42 minutes of show, now. I think TVLand shows less show time than they're supposed to. Just my opinion.

I'm a Fan of that Bad Boy Biker Club > Son's of Anarchy.

I Think we See 40 Minutes of actual air time for it and 20 Minutes of commercials.

And I hate it when they show the commercial 4 times in a row and then go to something different.

I guess the commercials sponser The show so they are given air time.

That is why DVR and Tivo are so popular. Just record and zip through the commercials or rerun anything you like. You get alot of options for a little extra, about six dollars a month. adamseve
