There are all kinds of people in the world, and some even mean well and are sincere but really doen't know what they are talking about or they are too strong-willed to change an opinion, which may not have been well-formed in the first place.

Please don't let one person's opinion get you down - especially under the (apparent) circumstances.

Only God can judge you and your actions. You can also look inside yourself, but nobody else's opinion is better than your own AND we tend to be our own "worst" judges - beating ourselves up over the smallest mistakes sometimes. We need to forgive ourselves when that does happen - we are human and God forgives us, so we should do likewise. But, only when we really did make a mistake.
