Panfish action seems pretty brisk this week. I have been catching quite a few right off my dock, especially in the evening. They have been hitting on small jigs 2-3 feet under a small bobber. The fish have been so aggressive they sometimes attack the bobber first.
We have been getting a mixed bag of fish, including bluegill, perch, rockbass, crappie, largemouth and smallmouth. All have been big except for the crappie.
Good luck.
Norm
