No, the popularity the war has been bringing to the mud makes it ripe for the system to finally work. I think the economic distress in the mud should be addressed ICly and attacked head on. It can be done, but it'll take alot of work. It'd be nice to see the two powerhouses lose steam because of a lack in funding and drop back into a rebuilding type of phase. There's a realistic scenario for you..
