I guess "code of etiquette" is a bad term for it. It shouldn't have to be anything formal, I think what you say below is a good statement...I'll point it out down there...

I certainly agree with this. If you write a "code of etiquette" then I think it really becomes a rule set. And no player has the right to develop any rule set, or rather, no player has the right to ratify any rule set. This is the realm of Elwar and his staff as he sees fit.
