Yeah, Lady Kavka's been busy with his life. Just passed the defense of my thesis, got accepted into Purdue's Ph.D. program, and will be moving shortly to W. Lafayette, IN from middle of nowhere TN.

Yes, the mud has always needed PC's who can give it lots of time. Moreover, it needs PC's who know how to fucking stay alive. Nothing is more depressing than hiring the continual stream of newbie merchants who then equip themselves and proceed to not take any given advice and (in violation of the direct orders they've been given) walk out to the slaughter like so many lemmings. It gets quite old.

I'm sure Sorl has the same problem with his guards. People don't listen.

While I still do plan to return to the game shortly (I've even successfully logged in once in the past week -- what's up with the lag, btw?), I doubt my presence will alter much in the way of "fun stuff to do" since it will take far more time than I have to fix House Kavka's problems.

Feel free to send me email detailing what your characters would consider fun to do. I'll gladly help out (within the scope of my character's goals anyway). See you, I hope, online.
