HI,

I have a superb luxury 2 bed 2 bath with large patio overlooking Torviscas and the sea at Club La Costa Paradise Club, tenerife. It is week 35 (usually end of August).

Would hope to get �1700 from this sale.

I understand that the value of this appartment in terms of La Costa points is around 2400.
