have you tried private rental on paradise. we have 2 weeks in aug and always rent 1 week extra on paradise .their is a 2 bed ,pool level nr mary,s aprox 350.00 per week(cheaper than maintenance) and theirs a guy called miguel who ownes several appartments he rents on paradise(AROUND 350.00 EURO, USUALLY 1 BEDS CONVERTED TO 2 BUT NOT ALL) The 2 bed near the pool is owned by norman .its let through tenerife sun vacations,southport.tel01704574146.marys cafe does have a list of numbers and i suppose at the worst you could ring them etc.hope this is some help to you ,
