When they received the certificates it was minus PENTHOUSE. When we enquired about it we were told that they don't recognise them as PENTHOUSE the apartments are all treated the same. They just came back last night and were very upset about the state of the Paradise Club. Cleaning has gone down hill. Items that were in bad state of repair last year had not been seen to, handles missing or falling off, sofa's dirty etc etc. No one seems to care.
